Results – Dumfries & Galloway Gold Open Show 2011

Dumfries and Galloway, ScotlandThe Dumfries & Galloway BS & CBA held their 72nd annual gold open championship show on September 25th 2011.

The show took place at the Locharbriggs Community Centre in Dumfries (in the Southern Uplands of Scotland. It is approx. 75 miles south east of Glasgow and 80 miles south west of Edinburgh).


The major results were as follows:

  • Best in Show – J Bethune
  • Best Young Bird in Show – T&A Luke
  • Best Opposite Sex Any Age in Show – T&A Luke
  • Best Opposite Sex Young Bird in Show – D Burnett


The judges were:

  • R Campbell
  • T McCrindle
  • A Richards
  • D Cairns
  • N Phillips
