Record Equaling Achievement

This is the second year in a row that Les Martin (from Studham, Bedfordshire, England) has won Best in Show, and in doing so he has equaled the record first set by Freakley & Ainley in 2008.

Freakley & Ainley won back to back Budgerigar Society World Championships – first in 2007 with their Sky Blue cock and again in 2008 with their Dominant Pied Grey Green cock (the first of its variety to win the world show)

Les Martin won Best Budgerigar in Show in 2010 with his massive, superb quality, Grey Green and this year won with his Normal Skyblue – so much admired when it had a spot down in 2008.

Congratulations Les on this achievement.
